Fair Ground Inc. & Common Ground Int’l Inc. Strengthen Bonds Through Team Building at Punta Sanctuary
Last June 29-30, 2025, employees of Fair Ground Inc. and Common Ground International Inc. gathered for a fun-filled and meaningful team building activity at Punta Sanctuary, Farm and Beach Resort in Unisan, Quezon Province.
The venue, known for its homey and cozy atmosphere, truly felt like a home away from home. At the same time, its wide and spacious surroundings provided the perfect balance for engaging and energetic team-building activities.
To spark collaboration and teamwork, participants were grouped into three teams: Kalabaw Champs, Manok ng Bayan, and Kambing Krew. After a day of challenges and friendly competition, it was Manok ng Bayan who emerged as the overall champion of the event.
Beyond the games, the bonding continued into the night with karaoke sessions, dancing, and laughter that echoed throughout the resort. The highlight was the boodle fight lunch—a shared feast that satisfied both hunger and camaraderie after a long day of activities.
The objective of the team building was clear: to promote camaraderie, enhance teamwork, and nurture a culture of collaboration. With the active participation of all attendees, these goals were successfully achieved, making the event both memorable and impactful.
